What it's used for
Orchid Food B is a high-nitrogen fertiliser designed to promote:
- Strong leaf growth
- Healthy pseudobulb development
- Vigorous vegetative growth
- Recovery of orchids that have slowed or weakened
When to use
The manufacturer recommends:
- Use Orchid Food A during flower spike initiation and flowering.
- Use Orchid Food B after flowering and during the active vegetative growth period. In temperate Australia, this is generally from September to December (timing may vary with climate and orchid type).
Mixing rate
- 15 g (approximately one supplied measure) per 5 litres of water
- Apply as part of your normal watering routine.
